Liquid X, Liquid Ecstasy, GHB, G, Grievous Bodily Harm
Originally sold in health food stores to stimulate muscle
growth. Liquid X is an anabolic steroid that acts as a central
nervous system depressant while stimulating the release of
growth hormones.
Liquid X, or GHB, is usually sold as a clear, salty tasting
liquid in small bottles. Also sold in tablet, powder and capsule.
Users pay by the capful or teaspoon. Often substituted for
Ecstasy, another popular club drub on the scene.
The user's goal is to feel euphoric and intoxicated. Takes
about fifteen minutes to an hour to feel its effect which
can last 3-6 hours. Sometimes considered a "date rape"
drug when mixed with alcohol because it can cause deep and
dangerous sedation.

moderate dose can relieve anxiety and induce relaxation.

higher dose can slow breathing and heart rate to
dangerous levels.
- Overdose
effects may include nausea, vomiting, headache, loss of
reflexes, impaired breathing and could induce a coma.
Liquid X is addictive. Once hooked, users must continue the
drug 24/7 or face unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.

in homes with varying recipes and ingredients found and purchased
