The American Drug and Alcohol Survey, Fall 2001 |
Although
the percentages for club drug experimentation are low compared
to alcohol and marijuana, the sample size for each grade level
was about 400 students. Six per cent of 11th graders = 25
local students who've tried Ecstasy and possibly mixed it
with alcohol. Does your student know or hang around with one
of them? You've probably already talked with your kids about
alcohol or pot. Isn't it time to discuss the serious risks
of club drugs?
