"Life of an Athlete" Follow-up: John Underwood's Nov 2nd Presentation

Over 500 student athletes, parents, and coaches came to LEAD's Nov 2nd program at Lake Forest High School to hear John Underwood – NCAA All American, Olympic coach, sports physiologist and founder/co-president American Athletic Institute - outline what it takes for athletes to perform at their best.

Underwood discussed attitude, nutrition, sleep, effects of alcohol, drugs, caffeine, and more.
